I donโ€™t feel anything anymore. Itโ€™s just endless scrolling through my phone that helps me to still be in touch with this world. I know what I need to do but I am not able to. I shouldnโ€™t be sad but life seems so stupid right now. Wish I could change things. Wish I could change myself.

Itโ€™s ok to feel that itโ€™s your emotions. You have a right to be sad and itโ€™s a very natural feeling we have bad days.
Let it out, do something you love. Do something that will make you feel better a coffee or a nap or a good cry do whatever makes you happy. In the end it depends on you if you choose to pull yourself up you won if not itโ€™s ok take your time it doesnโ€™t happen overnight but continue to take baby steps each day Iโ€™m here for you , you are not alone. You are a fighter and you can do this I believe you can.
