I am really depressed. I lost my pet rabbit 2 months ago and I am unable to overcome the loss. She was just 8 months and I loved her soooo much. From the day she left me, till today I cry everyday remembering her. I can’t even express my feelings to anyone as they don’t understand. Apart from this grief i am also facing carrier issue as I am preparing for CS and I am unable to clear it. There are so many issues going in my life. I think I will become mad as these thoughts keep on going In my mind 24*7. I suddenly remember all these things and starts crying and then i get headache. I don’t know what’s happening. I am all alone. I do not have a single friend. I can’t share my feelings with anyone. I am suffering from anxiety and my health is also deteriorating. I request please suggest me and help me please.

I understand how difficult it is for you to go through all the things at a time. You can put your thoughts in a journal and understand yourself better. It will also help you to manage your grief And then you can work on your goals.

Sorry to hear about ur pet loss. Loss of anyone is a big grief in itself. Everyone takes time to come out of it in their own space. Pls take time for this loss. Regarding your preparation, you are the best judge. You can only prepare, rest leave everything. What about ur college/school friends ? You are not connected with them
My school and college friends are just my insta friends. We don’t talk at all. I am preparing for my exams from my home and took online classes. So right now I do not have any friends. I am an introvert person and find it difficult to interact with someone. As my family has moved to different city so no friends here.
