I don't feel happy anymore in my life!!! I feel empty. I start crying out of nowhere. I feel like I m gonna left behind! I feel as if Everyone is achiving and settling with good and I m gonna be a looser!! I just don't feel good. 

  Uk there will be people who will make u feel worthless ,will try to kill ur dreams. Besties know in what environment u stay. Dont compare yourself with others. Distance yourself from friends/family/ relatives if ther somehow drain u or deep down uk they aint serving u well. Be kind. Find happiness in every small thing   Like for me? I find happiness in hearing sounds of birds, seeing butterflies, seeing dogs playing happily with their owners etc. Exercise it is very imp. It will keep ur mental health better. Download apps if udk how to start workouts. Drink plenty of water. Take care of ur skin. When in anxiety. Make a dairy write ur shit thoughts. It works srsly.and be kind. Y'all so amazing keep shining  ♡♡

I am a 18yr old girl. I am going through several issues. I am fed up of the way that I am living. I want to change myself. I just can't cope up with the problems. This is a very crucial point of my life and I am wasting the time. I really want to change my condition but I fear of the constant failures. I wasnt this weak but now I feel even the slightest of thing will have the capability to break me apart. I really can't understand what to do. I had consulted a therapist but it wasn't much helpful. I really trust the universe and I don't have any complain against it. But I just can't stay depressed this way. I want to change my life. I don't want to be stuck in the same thing for lifetime. Earlier here there were many helpful people but now most of the people here just want to somehow connect with a girl. So if you are someone like that then please don't reply.

3am Thoughts

I actually kinda hate my life. I'm way too anxious and it's like my mind is controlling me instead. There's no one in my family who will actually listen to me, and i just want to burst into tears all the time. I feel like i am letting everyone down including myself. I don't want to be here anymore. For so long, all i wanted is to be happy, but it's so hard to find. I should feel loved and happy and safe.....but i don't feel any of that. I feel useless and disapointing and lazy.
