I am not feeling happy since March this year.
What had happened is one day when i was studying i suddenly in a very positive tone said to my mind a positive note .
There started the problem my mind in reverse questioned the negative of that positive note.
That thought made me so guilty and i couldn’t eat and sleep properly.
After some days I came out of that with so many efforts.
Then after some days i ruminated the same thing and anxiety started in me.
In the process of diverting from that thought i got struck in. A new thought
And it started to become a chain.
From there whenever I feel anxious about diverting the previous thoughts i had ,my mind starts like u should get a negative thought and it insist me on getting some weird negative thoughts.
I am dying every minute that what thought will i get and i couldn’t be able to focus on anything can anyone plz help me to get out of this.

Hey don’t over analyze…just go for walk daily and meet people…don’t use imagination ina negative way…

You are having intrusive thoughts which can be detrimental to you, but you are doing the right thing by seeking help. You should also see if there’s anyone in your social circles that you can trust, who might understand - and seek help and advice from them. Because these things often stem from personal situations, you may need someone close to help you out. If you feel your anxiety is impairing you, do not shy away from seeking medical help. Mental health is same as all other health. You can get through this, with the right help. If there’s no one trustworthy in your close circles, find resources on the internet and practice mindfulness (music, meditation or whatever helps).
