I am having really bad exam anxiety. I have been having headache since a week now(migraine)… I dont know how to go through this… I ruin every exam because of this anxiety… Not able to concentrate as well. Not able to slep at night as well.
Start practicing yoga or else it will go worse.

You are feeling anxiety because either you feel the subjects are hard or you have not completed syllabus for the exam ,know your fear ,if you have are worried about your parents reaction on marks start studying before 1 week of exams or if your parents are not a problematic,keep this in mind don’t fear for anything except death think like that,no one will kill you or hurt you if you get less marks in the exam

Assuming your anxiety is due to lack of confidence in exam preparation then you can try to consolidate the topics which you are confident about by recalling(without looking at notes/book) what you know about those topics
and
By looking at syllabus/topics and organising in your mind what you know about those and what type of questions are asked from a given topic
and
solving questions of topics which you are confident about
And last imagining the worst case (may or may not be failure for you) think that its ok even if worst happens, it will be just a small setback for me and i will overcome it (preparation for worst makes our subconcious mind relax)
