Hey, hope you’re doing okay…
Managing is always better than controlling things.
If you try to understand and analyse the reasons of why you’re getting multiple it would help you in managing them as per your situation. But if you try to control them like “stop” or something else, it won’t work.
Because thoughts are not like switches which you can turn ON/OFF anytime you want. Because you’re a living human being so try to treat yourself like one and try not to control but manage.
