Investigate what is aware of this sense of I.
Be aware to what does this I arise in.
E g. Find the silence or space beneath the thoughts and not between two thoughts.
Just think I,I and stay with the inner sense of I-ness.
It’s not you who is suffering, you are aware of the suffering. Ask yourself these questions: What is that suffers? Can I let go of it now? If not now, then when? Is this suffering useful?

Ask yourself, “What is aware of my experience?” Or “What is it that knows my experience?”. Finally inquire within yourself “Am I aware?”
