i used to work closely at a gym with personal trainers, i recommend just eating well and drinking a lot of water. definitely remain active, you donβt need to do very much if youβre looking just for an easy way. any cardio is great and your lifestyle (day-to-day activities) when i wanted to lose some relationship weight, i got told to get off my arse more and just do things. i went on loads of walks and started to do a lot more movement activities
