How to be alone? Does anyone know how to do this long term? All the drama in friendship, relationship. I can’t do that anymore. I wish to be alone. What are the tools to be alone and happy?

Hey!
I can’t say about being alone but what can make you feel at a better place.

If you feel your relation is making you disturbed and out of control take a break and then see if things fall into place or not.
In friendship, sort things or firstly say i need my space and it’s completely fine. After some alone time you would get time to think and analyze everything.

Love yourself, pamper yourself, watch TV/Movies/Netflix and exercise. Make a schedule and list down everything you want to do in this time. It should make you feel good. :)

I will not support being alone as it leads to depression but if you are searching for tools than it is books.
Books are a man’s best friend. They will take you to a different time zone and will give wings to your imagination. Go for it you won’t regret.

I am also curious as I am completely exhausted by the friendships that I have had. If they even are friendships. I would like to be happy and content with myself. Any tips are appreciated
