How do you stop being depressed and focus on what you have to do?

By telling yourself that you are not depressed.most of the time people just convince themselves that they are in depression however if you force yourself for the task that need to be done, as a consequence of which, you will get the pleasure of completing the task because of the dopamine released in your bloodstream you will gain motivation to keep moving forward. All that needed is the initial push not by someone else but by yourself.
