How do y’all deal with bad depressive episodes that goes on for days? Also any tips on what to do when you feel mental health declining?
I think trying to keep busy your mind will help you focus on something else… Maybe try watching some web series or a movie… or go for a walk… Or exercise will definitely help you to feel better…
