How do u be less empathetic and more heartless? Towards the people who don’t deserve ur care? Anyone hv any suggestions??
You don’t have to, just be ignorant towards them, or atleast pretend to be. They’ll stop bothering in some time

They take advantage of me being caring towards them… :( I am trying to be ignorant uk… But i just can’t… I care about them… Idk what’s happening to me
I get that, you need to engross yourself into something you find more worthy of your time in comparison to them, love and care is always a 2 way path, if you walk it considering a one way you’ll end up in a disaster
Care for yourself dear, make sure you’re your 1st priority no matter what and everything shall be fine.

That’s a pretty good question. Even i struggle with the same.
Forget about the evil intention they have and don’t keep that in mind while being less empathetic towards them.
Let the driving force be “respecting yourself and putting yourself as priority”
If you keep reminding yourself this, everything will fall in place.
Give yourself priority and let’s not seek approval from others and be overtly kind to the ones who have evil and ugly intentions towards us.
