Hi…I just really miss my grandma she passed around 7 years ago…it feels like everything is going to shit and if she was here it would be better

I completely know the feeling! But think about the good times you’ve had with her and when you need guidance, look to these and think ‘what would she have been’, to me, it feels like I can reconstruct a part of them by doing that. Also, it may help you to keep a diary or notebook so you can write down things that come to mind about her or memories that spring up!
