Hii,I’m new to this platform and I’m using this for the first time.I never ever thought of using a platform like this but here i am .I have a lot of ppl in my life who are there to help me out and I know it for a fact but still I feel like if I ever tell them the same thing constantly I will piss them off and they will always be unhappy around me and wilI eventually leave me.I have had a hard time talking to my close ones recently. I’m feeling very low in life as everyone Is either getting jobs or going out to have fun.I have neither. I’m confused. Like when I’m happy I’m very happy but then at the same time,there’s this very dark side where my mind always sticks to all negative thoughts and I’m not able to concentrate and I don’t know if this is normal or not.I don’t even know what to expect from this post but I’m in a state where I don’t understand when I’m happy or sad or what I’m doing. Feel like I’m living in a bubble.

But Friend I truly wish well for you.
The cause of your feeling
according to me is
Overthinking
Also comparing your life with others…maybe subconsciously but you are comparing ur life with others…
Whatever you are feeling
Or going through is very normal…
You are having mood swings which are very normal…
Now the best way to deal with mood swings
Is to figure out what triggers negative thoughts in your mind…
As in what brings out negativity
For example
Some ppl get very easily triggered when they see glorified life of others on social media…

So you will have to very calmly analyse
What disturbs you the most
Is it certain type of songs
Is it certain type of movies
Is it some person in your life

N once you identify the triggers of negativity
Just stay as away as possible from it…
Avoid those triggers…

Happiness can be derived by looking at positive side of anything instead of darker one…

You are currently not doing job.
.
So in a way u have lot of time n actually a stress free life at moment
You are free from work pressure.
So utilize this to the max
Pursue some hobby
Do something exciting
Explore life
Live life to fullest
But do that which gives u peace n happiness
Dnt just follow others
Follow ur heart
Listen to your heart…

N simultaneously u plan for your career too…

N pls dnt think so deep
Just go with flow
N do things casually…
Love n pamper urself

You know, I am not even kidding, how much I could relate to you. Mine is a bit funny though, I had this constant fear that telling people constantly about my problems will really bore the person. I cut myself off from people to such an extend that I literally didn’t know how to talk to people in flesh and everything turned into a virtual world. And though social media has many perks but it has its own drawbacks, which made me show what people want me to see, that either people are getting jobs , going on vacations, in short everyone is happy except you.
Sometimes highs are very high and lows makes you feel burry yourself in the ground. And this is Literally my own experience.

Thank you so much for sharing, this,made me feel that this bubble is a pretty big one. :)
