Hi, I’m new to this, so I’m not sure how this works. I have a bipolar disorder which mainly comes with severe depression. I also suffer from severe anxiety, ptsd, and am incredibly isolated, which makes things harder. I have a family but my mood disorder is a massive issue, especially with my mom. My psychiatrist suggests that I find an outside network of support that doesn’t include my own family. I hope that I’m in the right place. Thanks for listening.

Don’t Worry My friend. Things will improve. Just it may take time. I had some serious problem which made me sad for almost 6 years. I can’t share it what it is, but trust me, I had faith and believed that it would change one day. Now that burden is taken off from me. I carried that burden for more than 6 years , and feared about that problem for more than 25 years.
