The only thing which can help in social anxiety is facing your fears like if someone stare at you then stare back feel your anxiety and face it…see you on the other side

So yeah… firstly I would like to say - You are not alone. I am facing this issue too… The only thing we can do is to face it, like one of them had mentioned in their comments… It sounds easy, but is quite complicated with people who actually face it… So I would like you to take it slow… respect that you are facing the anxiety in the first place. Be mindful and watchful - look for signs of restlessness, etc… Take one thing at a time… Unfortunately, society has still not recognised social anxiety much. and even if it does, it neglects people like us which doesn’t help. As is, the feelings of rejection are inevitable. . So try to be strong, appreciate yourself everytime you succeed in establishing a good rapport with small groups (just choose small groups initially… 2-4 max) and, if you don’t just be happy that you tried to overcome your fear and interact, which in itself is a big victory… There will be a lot of times that you will only learn before you succeed… so please don’t hesitate to learn… I sail the same boat as you, so I know and can relate to where you are coming from…But let’s just stay calm and put and take this slowly,so that we do not feel it anymore… Good Luck… :)
