Hey whoever seeing this,
I don’t know what i am doing , is it right or wrong? All day I am just sitting and just seeing things with no thoughts at all. As there are no thoughts I end finding things which made/makes me feel sad. Like I sometimes i feel sad that why I am not doing anything. While my friends and all are doing great though we all are Students studying in 6th sem. Neither do i watch movies, webseries nor play video games rather i listen to podcasts such beerbiceps and other motivational videos but i do nothing after that . Again i am feeling that I am sad , I am sad , I am sad. And when i start questioning i become more sad because my head just cant handle so much of thinking and also if i starts thinking , again i am on a loop to find things which made my past sad or the things which will make me sad in near future . I also have a very bad habit of loving my victim mentality. Like koi mujh par taras khao…ki meri kitni buri halat hai … Mujhe pta nhi kyu aesa situation bahut pasand aata hai jaha koi mujh par taras khaaye or mera kaam kar de ya kuch madad kr de mera .

In everything i do , my mindset is to create such a situation where i have to be treated like taras kha lo iss Par yr…

Matlab hadd wala dimaag kharaab ho gya hai …upar se lockdown ho rha hai…log se milna nhi hota …

Dost log ko kya share karu …unlog khud dukhi rehte hai …share kisse Karu feelings samjh nhi aata

Or ek baat or hai jb v pura din sochne mai guzaarta hu tb jaa kr ye v sochne lagta hu ki merko koi disease kyu nhi …mera eye sight kharab kyu nhi …pair mai dard kyu nhi hota …back pain kyu nhi hota …

Itna soch soch kr aaj kl asli mai back pain hone laga hai …mai khud hi apna sarir kharab kar rha hu…😣😣😣

Kuch suggestions do please 😣

So, you basically overthink a lot. You need to reduce that first. If you don’t have a disease and if none of your body parts pain, then you should be grateful about that, but look, you’re always complaining about that (though this is a very strange thing). And if you’re already physically fit, then try to train your mind in a way that ut stays fit as well. Begin by asking this: who are my friends? The answer would be, my classmates or batchmates or whatever. So both of you get 1 point. Next question should be: what’s that they do: any hobby, any profession they’re into, and then ask yourself, that aren’t you equally qualified as they are? You’ve all gone through the same phases of life, like education in school, and then college, so why can’t you not qualify enough to do something despite having all the necessary qualifications? The next thing should be: what makes them happy. See, if you’re a friend, you might know what your friends like. So, say a friend of yours is really sharp minded, and you predict he would do wonders in life as an entrepreneur probably. Now, if your friend likes this field, then he would be happy getting into that field too, right? And now, you see, that this very friend of yours is planning of a start-up. The point behind this example is that, what your friend did, was what he was interested in, and if he’s interested in something, he would be happy doing that particular thing, and if he’s actually working in that direction, then obviously he would be happy with his work, and life. Similarly, as you said, you’re interested in podcasts more than web series, so you may have idolised some speakers of these podcasts, right? So, if you try your hands on a podcast itself, you would be interested in as well as happy with your work. So that was just an example, you must do what interests you. Now coming to the point of your fear if you’ll be successful or not, so let me say, unless you try and put efforts into something, you can never decide about the success of failure of that particular task. The mantra is:
1. Recognise what you’re interested in
2. Imagine having a life where you would do that thing
3. Work on it, put your efforts in
4 if you’re not satisfied or happy with this task anymore, try your hands on another one.
5. If you fail, then try again, perhaps in yet another different one
6. And finally, instead of overthinking about how sad you’re, you’d be able to spend your entire life realising how correct your decision was, and happy it has made you.

But make sure you do not invest a lot into something that you’re not sure about, because I don’t feel that would be a wise decision. Otherwise, you’re just in college, and you’ve a long way ahead, so it’s okay to change professions until you find the most suitable one.
