Hey everyone!
hope everyone is doing good!
I’ve been recently struggling with my mental health lately and I’ve been feeling really down. I don’t have anyone to talk to, I feel so alone and I’m just so sick of life you know. I’ve also started to self härm and it’s became an addiction, like right now I’m 3 days clean and all these thoughts keep going through my head saying I need to do it again. everything is so hard atm and everything is such a struggle.
if anyone has some advice, I would honestly appreciate it!

Don’t self harm yourself please … speak out when you feel sad or alone so you can make your heart feel lighter … if u want to vent out your emotions I’ll be with you to listen ❤️stay strong 🤞

I see a school counselor atm. but seems how school is over I can’t see anyone atm :(
