U cant drop it just like that…u have to be very consistent… start by not doing it for a day …just 1 day and try to keep that 1 day gap for a while then make it 2 day gap and with time make it a week and keep increasing. You cant drop addictions in a day it is time taking process and avoid adult content (u know) and also stop following models on insta just for a while( till u can achive ur goal). Believe me problem is not doing it but its p*rn. its gona be tough for first few days but U CAN DO IT…
