Did the chat start nd got cut off in middle of conversation or simply couldn’t proceed?
Not able to proceed and I have paid 538 for chat purpose and I don’t find any mail I’d for enquirers, I use the NEMO chat for help it just gave me (support@nowandme.com) but after sending mail to this I’d its showing like address not found
After u msg their support staff they usually reply within 48hrs
In the home page on the top left corner there is a button with parallel 3lines. Click on it and then select FAQs nd contact,then go to contact us there u can write ur problem
