Have you ever thought “Maybe I’m just exaggerating”?
I’ve been thinking about my depression for two years, but I feel bad for the one who really have it. I really can’t talk to anyone, really.
So here I am, an anonymous.
If you ever had depression, how have you realized that you were suffering from this condition?
Theres an empty feeling in my chest and the only thing i actively want to do is cry. I didn’t feel like doing anything. The only thing I looked forward to as soon as I woke up was to sleep again. Sometimes if it’s a row of really bad days and something remotely good happens, i couldn’t even enjoy that because i was scared that I’d mess it up. I didn’t feel like doing anything, not even my favourite stuff. I had become so lazy, all i did was lie around in bed and eat(not at the same time lol)
But my mental health is a lot better now and i have very few bad days so it does get better.
