How to overcome career anxiety?
Thanks for reaching out . While there could be multiple factors that can lead to anxiety related to career that I would encourage you to observe and explore with yourself or someone you trust or seek guidance from a mental health professional. So that you can work in those factors. It is crucial to note that anxiety most of the times can be the anticipated fear of future where our thoughts tend to undervalue our skills and hype up complications of future so working on knowing that thoughts are not reality and success in career is by product of the work you do towards your growth along with other societal goals one has to unfortunately experience can be helpful .
How to let go the inner voice which tells u, u don’t deserve anything.
Hello , thanks you reaching out . I would like to invite you to explore the experiences in the past that have contributed in inflicting the belief system that you don’t deserve the best for you . Maybe noting that your thoughts are just thoughts and they aren’t reality can help you notice the agency and choice you have in accepting the thoughts for what they are without letting your thoughts lead your actions . Taking small steps towards questioning some of your belief and changing your thoughts via the actions that you take which your thoughts said you wouldn’t be able to . Failure is a part of journey and not the destination. While we get stones on the road exploring a bit more can also take us to a lake , pond or river . This exploring can only happen when you make space for curiosity rather than assumptions about us and future :)
How to stop being jealous?
I can imagine that due to conditioning we are told to not feel jealous to reject (suppress ) or be ashamed of your feelings but jealousy is extremely natural to experience. Rather than ignoring or shunning it off how about noticing it , accepting and then working towards want you want for yourself minimizing the comparison. You can work with a mental health professional to deal with this if jealousy has been one of the dominant emotions since a while now . Seeing where this jealously coming from

I always lacks confidence… Whenever I try to study my mind tell me ‘you dont deserve it,you are not working hard,you came this far just because u are lucky’…and when those thought s comes in my mind I cant concentrate on studies… These things harms my studies a lot… I even messed up my admission test…and I didn’t get chance.now I have 0 percent confindence in myself…5 days later I have another xm…my future career depends on this xm…bt I lost all my zeal…what should I do?
