3am Thoughts

My life was horrible when you were in it and now that I have walked away from you, my life feels better. I feel happier and the world seems brighter. Here's a cheer to freedom and to light. I kept wondering why I felt so dark and now I have realized that the darkness is you. I am never coming back darling. You can slander me to our friends as much as you want. They don't believe you and idc. This is your drama and I am not going to participate in it. You were a miserable person and you still are.

I have my exams coming very soon and I don’t know why I am not able to study . Everyday I wake up wanting to be productive and study but I have zero motivation even if I really wanna and my parents really have high expectations on me and sometimes I think am I even doing all for myself or them . I get so confused if I really wanna do what I am currently doing in life . 😖

Hey... Finally I've courage to write something..i am a honest,  kind basically a good person but people gave me a lot of self doubt...i feel very useless  like I'm nothing . I cry a lot & i agree that this is a bad habit even worse in my case and honestly i also dont like that but i can't control it.... Everyone thinks that I'm weak bcz i cry very easily but no I'm not...the reason is I'm just too sensitive.  I over think  a lot,  i care about people , a little too much & may be that's why i got hurt. I know everyone has their own problems but i can also have one.. I'm always been a good listener but sometimes a listener needs a listener too.... Some people think that I'm overreacting and yeah may be i am but not all the time naa... I don't even know what's my problem... I dont know what's happening with me.what us going on in my mind... Although i tried to be happy,  calm but i can't.  I do happy for a moment and then the next moment...boom i feel like I'm broken..career, family, frndship, myself..sometimes i feel like I'm  being  a psycho..i feel so irritated most of the time..i shout at my family my brother for no reason...I'm so tired... I'm not sleeping well.. Kind of insomnia..Every morning i wake up i think yes new morning just be calm , have fun  but i don't feel like doing anything.
Some people are there for me but still i feel so lonely & nowmost of the time i just want to be alone..my career...i think that i ruined everything...I'm not the girl who i used to be anymore... I feel like I'm  a failure & i can't do anything good... I hurt my parents unknowingly...i lost frndship with some.. With whom i thought this will remain forever & i tried so hard..i beg for that but nothing mattered...i got betrayal by my closed ones.. I did everything to make them happy..a lot of efforts for everyone but got nothing but sadness...there is a person who really cares about me..who says that I'm important but sometimes i don't feel like one...already hurt me a lot but now when they try to make it work...then I just dont know what's wrong me...I'm keep distancing myself...and afraid ..what if it will make me hurt  or unintentionally what if they hurt me again...and also afraid of what if i hurt that person bcz of mg issues & i don't want that... I always  gave my best but i think that's not enough...i had nervous breakdown...I'm having anxiety attacks...still i dont know what to call it..anxiety,  depression,  stress or something else.. But I'm really afraid of this l...when i think of it I shiver...facing breathing  problems... Even sometimes if I'm  in public then also i feel like...sorry i can't explain in words...but i really want to know what'sall this...i actually thought of doing something wrong or thought of hurting myself but no... I'm strong..i can't do anything which affects my family specially my mom.... 
But i just need to figure out what is going on with me.......

my mind is a mess, i don't recognize my feelings anymore, it's a trauma thing i know my mind is working differently to protect me from myself. yet i really need a help, i'm no longer controlling this. please could someone tells me what to do?

Delusion

When you know you've changed and you're not that person who you used to be (happy, active, joyful) but the actual problem is when people start noticing that, they just come and tell on your face that you've changed but they don't try to put any efforts to understand the reason behind it and still they leave you. 
If you don't want to know it, why do you even bother to ask? Just let it be.
