For anybody going through depressive episodes,plz accept that you are not going to feel motivated intrinsically. I dont mean to make you feel like shit but thats the truth. So, do not expect that β€œone day”. That will never come. Instead, get past your mind knowing that you probably will have a lot of resistances for anything new. Expect that reaction and do it anyway. Do it for a month atleast. Tweak it to suit your requirement, take care of your physical vessel.
