For anybody going through depressive episodes,plz accept that you are not going to feel motivated intrinsically. I dont mean to make you feel like shit but thats the truth. So, do not expect that “one day”. That will never come. Instead, get past your mind knowing that you probably will have a lot of resistances for anything new. Expect that reaction and do it anyway. Do it for a month atleast. Tweak it to suit your requirement, take care of your physical vessel.
