Mental Wellbeing

I am so affraid ...my heart is beating  so fast I can't  even  breathe  properly  ...I am kind of freaked  out ... I can't  show  my fear  to anyone  ! I am so so affraid  I am with my dad his ecg and all reports  are  so abnormal.... man I can't  even  react as my dad is kind of affraid  of hospitals ... he gets anxiety  when he gets there and there is a lot thing to do ... doctors  aren't  sure  about  his condition  I am the elder one in the family  I am the one  who  need to handle  everything  my dad is my backbone  and  I am nothing  without  him  and now he is weak  emotionally  and  physically  !!!  How will I do everything  , there is a hell lot of procedures how can I be so courageous  when a person  who gives me courage  is weak ......  I never  felt  to be a boy our want to have a brother this bad ... I thought   I was enough  my sisters  are enough  but we were strong because  the shield  my dad was stronger  ... he is weak all relatives  all Uncles are trying  to  be the  man of our house  like they are the one who will make decisions  !!! Idk I am loosing  control  over myself., my emotions   I am vulnerable  !!

Anxiety

I'm not so happy today, I always feel so alone. Even though my girlfriend is next to me, of course on her phone like always. I just feel so lonely and all I can think about is going in the shower and sobbing silently....why???😌

I am very excited for today! Idk the energy is just so positive and i feel a certain exuberance when i see this day infront of me. 2 days ago i was completely different i felt so stressed due to the work related deadlines and the upcomming exams and so much to do in a lil amount of time. That was the time when i started meditating and in just 2 days i can see the doors opening. For people who lost their sanity in their chaotic ‘do or die’ life. Just do this for 10 mins of ur breathless lifestyle and see the change. I garuntee u solutions, no matter how far u r drenched into the problems u’ll get thru. I promise you! Have a great day and start it with meditation!😊

Affirmations

If it wrong to be ambitious, is it wrong to have career goals for our future I don't think so.
Our parents thinks that a girl belongs to kitchen after marriage but is it our right to decide that even our constitution gives us that freedom so why not our parents. I meet a Boy for arrange marriage setup he showed me a mordern independent man but he does not have his back he blamed me to get away from marriage that I don't want to do that how can someone do that despite I told that how conservative my family is how dare he can. It's wrong to have your own career or goals, ambition 

But it's just indian family hypocrisy.

I wish and want to stop myself from letting them come back after all these progress I made on me to upgrade myself while they degraded completely but idk how to push them away, I was in peace when they weren't here and now they came back and I'm allowing them to while I don't want them in my life anymore, that's too much toxicity, immaturity and lack of intelligence

3am Thoughts

Idk what to say I’m really pissed because of a lot of things. 1 being that I have no motivation to do my work or do anything I’m just procrastinating the entire day away and skipping my classes while my work is just piling up. 2 being that my parents don’t understand me and are so annoying they want to take my phone away which is understandable but also irritating because they blame me for everything 3 being that I am so tired and drained and already have so much work to do but I’m being forced by my parents to go for extra lessons tomorrow which is gonna take like three hours and my other work  is just gonna overwhelm me so much. 4 being that I’m obsessing over a guy friend who doesn’t care about me that much and he invalidates my feelings just like my parents and he’s mean sometimes and uses me for work yet I still wait for his texts and catch feelings for him because I seek male attention as my brother completely ignores and insults me. I have no one to talk to about my feelings and I feel like a failure because I waste my entire day everyday  and idk what to do about it I wanna get my life back on track but I’m stuck in this slump. I don’t even feel like showering and washing my hair I just wanna cry and sleep the entire day.
