Everybody wants me to choose upsc over everything only because I’m a differently abled intelligent girl and through upsc civil services I’ll lead an easy and settled life. I, kinda agree with that but what about my interests, goals and ambitions? Should I give up everything for what everyone else wants?
I know they wish what’s best for me but that’s a lot of pressure on me. It makes my heart heavy even thinking about the struggle and to be honest I’m not physically ready to go through that kind of struggle. I suffer with one or the other diseases either through stress or the other reasons within a month or two!!!..I also know it’s not supposed to be an excuse but these are the unavoidable facts which nobody understands.

Everybody’s hopeful eyes and their motivational words…like I’m doing everything for them…makes it 10x harder for me to choose otherwise!!

Go with your interests duhh, well, even the upsc thing is quite cool (due to luxury and stuffs and everyone wants you to have them) but still, choosing YOUR ambitions are always gonna be worth enough.
Also, the diseases part, i understand what it is like to have them. But trust me they exist only to make you stronger 💪 choose yourself always, and you are great

Better to talk with your family.
Everyone says do what you like but it’s need strength to confess before your family .
Family stays at your back talk to them .explain them clearly how these days the competition is getting more
