3am Thoughts

I had a friend who is a guy we were hanging out around three times a week for four months we clicked it was amazing I loved hanging out with him but personally I wanted to stay friends with him for many reasons anyway after four months of hanging out he got together with some other girl and kinda ghosted me, that really hurt , more than anything, I even texted him to ask what was the reason he ghosted me but with no respond , I saw him on a coincidence a month later , he immediately started apologizing saying that he has been busy that his new relationship is taking all his time that he is madly in love with her and that I’m not the only one who you lost contact with and that is the same with him and other friends , even his family, he said he didn’t deserve me he apologized so much he said he was very afraid of my reaction and that he was afraid to face it and that it was never my fault, at the end of our talk he said he would text me but he didn’t and now it’s been a month and I’m not over it it hurts I miss him so much , I don’t think I have ever met anyone that I feel so close to , , I laugh with him hysterically , I’m thinking about texting him to tell him that if the reason he didn’t contact me yet is that he’s afraid of my reaction I want to tell him that I understand him that I’m not here to blame him but at the same time I’m so afraid he wouldn’t reply back to me and then my ego would be hurt I miss him so much and I really don’t know what to do

Lonely

Hey, first of all good morning everyone .
I wish it was good morning for me too also , I am currently a student of class 11th starting a new journey to new subjects and new class . I think this phase of life is very tough , people say it's easy  after 10th but it isn't . I think it even worse than 10th .  Subject choosing is even worse ,after choosing commerce it like a u can't go out for coachings, have a home tution  wtf man let me explore yaar . I think dad's are more controlling than mom's  . In my case it is  idk about others . They wanna control my every action what I do to how much I should sleep , how much I should eat , to whom I should talk and to whom not , why the fuck I can't decide on my own. It's beginning to be intolerant now days but as girl up can't say things and all I 2anna break these stereotypes  . I fucking want my control on my life .  It's okay for parents to tell you each and every thing but they should also allow you to explore things man . My life's been hell man  wtf is going on . People start new journey  new beginning but here I am Cursing my new beginning .   I haven't done anything upsetting my parents like not being in relationships  l and being in all girls school I haven't been disobedient . Can anyone suggest me something how to calm down . I don't to sharexthere  to my parents aur friends it's like they won't understand

Depression

Hey guys. Back after a long time I guess. Hope all of you are coping. It will get better. It will.

So, is it just me or has anyone else noticed that, off late or to be more particular, since the start of August, people have been really angry. Like everywhere the pent up anger has spilled over right into public view.

People are getting offended, relationships are ending abruptly, friends are fighting over stuff they used to laugh about. I'm not a staunch believer of astrology, but really is there something wrong going on right now?

Let me share a personal experience. As you can see, I'm a merchant navy guy and have been sailing for the last 8 years or so. I know life can get tough out there and emotions can go haywire, and we aren't immune to it. But we do know how to better handle it, since we know that we have to deal with them again the next day. So we make ammends and compromises and life goes on. 
But this month, tempers have been flaring. I was one of them too. Normally, I'm a really chilled out person, great teammate. But I just don't know how it happened. Boiled down to a point where I almost decided to quit. Right there on the spot. Quit on a career which I loved, I had to fight for, and for which the girl I'm dating right now said, "We don't have any future." I persevered till the end of my contract this last week. Couldn't be more happier to be back home.

But, I have been angry ever since. There is this deep seated anger inside, and now I'm really afraid that I will lash out. And who do we lash out at? That's right, the people we love and care about.

Things haven't been going well to be honest. Break ups, lost friendships, and the evergreen "Get married! You're getting older."

Sometimes I feel like crying to sleep. But then Men don't cry right? Well, F that! I have cried to sleep. I cry when I'm in the shower. I have screamed in to my pillow. I will persevere, alone if I have to. Because, I cannot let myself lash out. I just cannot. Everyday is battle. Most days its a losing battle. But somedays I get a win.

Till now, I had never had anxiety attacks. I have friends, who do have them. Its a different thing to help someone through one of those and getting an attack yourself. You know what all to do, but then your mind shuts off. I have taken to meditating and deep breathing exercises. Increased my lung capacity, but mentally? It's meh.

Even as I am writing this, my heart is racing. I might just tear up. But then again telling you all this made me feel better. Tonight my pillow might get a reprieve.

Sorry about the rant. I wiah you all the best, because tomorrow is a new day. And we will endure it.

Anger Issues

I have always been a chubby person. I was always made fun of in school and college but i assumed that i wont have to go through the same at work/office because people would be much more mature there. But that was not the case. People here are so insensitive. They troll at me, make fun of me to the limit where i almost end up crying. It hurts so much. Why do people judge so much on the basis of looks? why do they care so much about my weight? I have an amazing personality and i just wish people would see me for that and not how much fat i have.
