Mental Wellbeing

Hey! I ve been feeling a little blue lately. But as i notice it , it comes in waves the happiness waves and then the sadness waves. It never stops.
I have anxiety issues and overthinking issues which make me feel restless in my tummy but at a little lesser rate.
I dont know how to get rid of it.
Someone please share any suggestions
I have tried distractions and mindfulness and everything. Doesnt seem to get me out of it.

Anxiety

Iam feeling exhausted because of my life being like this.why does it have to take everything that I love and care the most.these days iam always sitting under the shadows or in the dark.i started avoiding people and getting far from everyone so there will be nothing I can loose.i can't help but get even more close to them.ugh!! Why am I like.mqking myself hurt everytime even I don't want to.

Lonely

I am in a relationship from 3 years. Its good but he gets insecure a lot. First it was my friend ( who was also someone i called brother), I thought he will get over it but it took me a year to convince him, that he is not a wrong person. He did understand but its been a loop, its one friend or the another but now he is insecure about my ex best friend, she and I were very close ( like the bestest of friends) then things happened and we drift apart, but now I am trying to build my bond with her and he wants me to cut off contacts for my mental sanity because according to HIM she is not a good person. Its been 4-5 people he has been insecure about till now. 

Is this healthy? There are times where I feel stuck. What to do?

Umm.. Idk.. I just feel left out... Like the other day me and my two friends, a guy and a girl went out and met after a year ig... And I could see that I was third-wheeling and I wasn't playing a great in the convo or anything... I was making sure that the girl crossed the streets carefully, but she reacted in a very different way, but when the other guy did the same thing, she was like awwwww.. idk... Its just one instance.. I cannot explain much... And ughhhh... different thing from what I just wrote.... Can someone please tell me ki is it normal to be in love with two persons at the same time.. I am not committed to either of them, either of the girls.... but ig i love both of them😥 I feel guilty...

Even if the sky is the brightest....i m still feeling it as engulfed by darkness
