Journal. You can address the thoughts later in a better state of mind. So you know you’re not ignoring or dismissing yourself but healing as well.
I’m saying this because I’ve been through some myself over my life, few instances.
This has helped me take out my anger sadness and thoughts regarding it. Also talking to someone you can trust to keep it just with themselves. And if none of this is available, you can write it all out here being anonymous and people here might give you different perspective and validate your experience and you’ll feel less alone and might heal slowly as well. That’s all i got. I hope it helps and hope you heal from it. More power, good thoughts and love to you
