Can yall give me some tips to donโt love someone you shouldnโt?

Hi!
We canโt really stop having feelings like that but itโs a process we need to understand to come over someone.
When you know there is no chance or you donโt want to have a chance with, tell yourself all the future possibilities and the fact that they donโt have the same feelings for you and itโs better to control them and forget that thing rather than continuing and breaking my own heart. It takes time obviously but it can be done when you know from the inside that you have to get over it. Everything requires dealing with the problem rather than avoiding it and thinking we will be past this soon. It doesnโt happen that way, trust me on this. Deal and face it with Facts and you will soon be over it.
Best thing is we can do is divert our mind in other activities.utilise & plan your whole time without your crush .
โu have to find new person in order to forget that particular person .Try to talk to so many other peopleโฆthere are so many Mental health related sites .try to help people there too.
โU can join some internship
if u are not working or student thatโs how you can see your personal growth in career as well.
โLearn programing coding make projects .write your own blog.there are so many things to do. Try to do things u always wanted to learn as kid but u havenโt done yet .
โplantation โฆ
Nothing is more beautyful than giving birth to someone be it plant ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ด๐ต
Sow plant on weekly basis.it feels good.
โ lastly, try to watch comedy movies ,dance no. and record it , sing a song in music app it sound boring kidish but trust me it feels good.๐๐๐๐

Hey there Stranger!
As rightfully said by @st1199, we really canโt stop having feelings, even if we need to be over someone. But I can bet that you still harbour some measure of hope, that maybe one day, you both can get together.
And you know what? Its absolutely okay to have them!
But also, however difficult it maybe, we need to face realities/facts.
Iโm going through a similar phase myself, but I have considered cold hard facts. And right now I am dealing with it, rather than avoid it. Yes it will take time. Yes it will take effort. But you will learn and then finally move on.
Talk about your feelings with a close friend/cousin/colleague. Or maybe write it down. Or better record a voice note and listen to it. Everyday maybe a struggle, but you will be over it.
If not, we are here too ๐
Write to us. Weโll all help.
Cheers and courage! ๐
