Can someone suggest me to get rid of my addiction need a cute so bad it's become such a compulsion

It's substance abuse and I want to get out of it 

3am Thoughts

I'm 26 years old
I've never been in a relationship,
never ever had a physical relationship with with anyone
Literally curious about it by the way. 
Yet no one is there to talk about it or to share.
No one wants to talk about it because it is weird and think it is only applicable to the married people.
Am I the only one who think about it all the time.?
Or is it because I'm a bad minded pervert who always think about sex and fancied it.
The only thing which at least give some distraction and relief is porn and masturbation.
Of course I know that the former one is not good for you beyond the limit.
But I've been watching it and doing it along with it for the past 8-10 years.( The fap thing came to my life at the age of 13 if I'm not wrong. and later I found the booster dose in the form of porn at the age of 18 which is legal in case if you argue.)
If (I know there is no "IF")
But I strongly believe, "If" I met someone some years ago who does aware of there sexual instincts, 
things would have been different. And definitely I might get the chance to think about "the life and all other shit" rather than just sex.
But to no surprise people around me are highly moral and very busy (I mean it.) with other things. which makes me wonder again that is this only my problem.? Am I hypersexual or something. Don't know, because there is no one to ask. 

Now I really need to think about life and all other things. 
But life keep asking me when do you give the necessities that your body and mind always wanted.
So there is no way to distract from it. Because the distraction is currently my addiction.

Hello everyone, 
I am a 40 year old east Indian male living in the US.
I have a serious addiction to secretly cross dressing.
Up until February 2019 I was able to go out freely, go to work etc and wife was going out as well and hence got lot of private time, since kids went to school too. so until then I used to cross dress with my wife's clothes and some secretly hidden clothes. I wear from undergarments until accessorizing and I also chat with strangers online showing off my get up. I was doing this every opportunity I get. Now with covid 19 I have not been able to do this because my wife and I are staying at home all the time with kids and it is driving me very crazy. I am not able to concentrate on work and not sure what to do. I am literally thinking about it all the time and going crazy. Please let me know what shall I do. I need help.


Hey, I'm doing this for the very first time and I'll try to keep this precise and small as far as I can. If you can spare some minutes, please get through it, with a positive thinking and bottom-up thinking, meaning forgetting all things you've heard of any of the thing before. Also, I don't promote any use of illegal substances.
Recently, I found a green magical plant which could provide you with certain chemicals that can make you feel either 'high' or 'medicated' or both(which is most of the times). Maybe you guessed it, weed, pot, marijuana whatever you say. It is an upcoming teenage drug and is seen by different perspectives by all of the people. Agree! I do. But what happened was yesterday I was talking to my parents back in my hometown. I came to know that my mother was having headache frequently, so she used to take normal painkillers from pharmacies.
I don't if this is right but what I think is only 'CBD OIL' that is the part of marijuana which is medicinal and used worldwide by various people to calm their muscles, deal with anxiety, increase appetite, deal with insomnia and so on. I know people argue on the thought of marijuana but I'm just taking about the good thing which we get from the herb. You can spapre some time searching for CBD and its features. It do some side effects but honestly, if you do it instead of those chemical harmful painkillers, I think it could prove more safe and better option. Like seriously when I see them sometimes in tension then I feel like why can't I help them, this is of course organic and non-poisonous plant which is used in others ways as well and when it is pure, without the chemicals and only the CBD, it is a medicine, an organic medicine. Because to be honest I came in tension when I heard of them taking painkillers but I won't panic so much if they say we consume a pinch of CBD oil as we were tensed. Also please if you think this is wrong or taboo, just please once even check what 'CBD' is what it does.
