i feel the same while going to sleep and thatβs okay we are humans we have fears you need to find out what will make you more comfortable you can call one of your friend to sleep or whatever you feel
Keep the lights onβ¦read some books or listen to soft music.
Maybe just for your satisfaction keep a chair or something heavy infront of the door and block the windows by something.

Just stay calm. Listen to some bhajans or Music that you like. Try to stay as normal as you can. Talk to a friend or someone near the next day. Have some sleepovers at your house if you want to.
