Depression

To everyone suffering right now,
it's gonna be okay,
I know sometimes it feels like a lie
but please don't lose your hope over life
and it's completely okay to feel negative about this situation, but the more you hold on to something the more it's gonna hurt and the longer you hold the deeper impact it will have.. so be sad, cry as much  you want..but don't avoid  your emotions ,accept it , then let it go...

I'm crying and crying but change is not happening within me? I don't know why still many days I have to cry? When will I change myself and change happens? I don't know why I'm stuck in this sad and letting myself down cycle.

Feel like crying. Don't ask me the reason. It is not at all important.

lately, I feel stressed because of my final project and recently I feel disappointed of my life because I'm not good enough. I know I have to try my best to keep living and achieve my dream. I want to cry to relieve my pain and feelings, but my tears won't come out. I really want to cry like I used to do, to feel better. I didn't have any depression. Does anyone have the same experience when you feel you want to cry but you just can't? The tears just won't come out of my eyes. How do you fix it? :/

Probably mountains of sorrow are unshakeable,
I don't cry any more...
Probably tears are not enough to express,
l look for the ray of light...
Probably the it's too dark inside 😂😂
