Exercise

I'm skipping lunch today and dinner too because I feel fat, I feel like I've gained weight and I need to lose weight. I know it is all in my head because I still fit in my clothes, but I've also seen myself in the mirror and I don't look as skinny as am. I know I am going to regret it later...but fuck it :)

Eating Disorder

I'm obese and I'm feeling really down coz I tried literally everything on earth and I still can't lose weight.

Physical Health

I literally keep losing and gaining weight so randomly, it messes with my head each time. Its like I lose 10 kgs for half a year then gain it back in no time and then lose it again. My confidence has become shaky because of this fluctuation. So now I've decided I'm gonna get on track and focus on working out and eating healthy, but not to look a certain way - instead to work on the health side of it. Wish me luuuuuck 

Day 11: Gym

It’s really frustrating when people skinny shames you. I know that i’m underweight and skinny and yes you don’t have to keep reminding it to me every time. It really hurts but idk what’s wrong wt me i still procrastinate a lot and doesn’t take anything to my heart. Deep down i never feel confident wt my body. I am always conscious about it. I just don’t act on it. How do i improve myself? Guys please help karooooo. 

3am Thoughts

I want to lose weight! After 4-5 monuth I went down 6kgs! And just recently I got those 6kgs back??:) I have nkt change a thing in my daily routine! Do u have any workout recommendation ( for female ofc) no gym btw, I am still under the age..
