Anyone been successful over a meth addiction for a long time now and can give me some advice?? Trying to save my husband for the sake of me and my kids
I don’t know much but some times men have a compulsion to fix or take care of someone if they see them as weak or vulnerable. That what the other woman may be taking advantage of. Unless his head doesn’t get around the fact that you guys are his family and ones to be protected/loved, he’ll keep going back to her. Tell him all this. If not and I mayn’t be 100% sure on this, but being a bit unavailable and bringing a guy friend can trigger the jealously hormones in him which eventually will clear the cloud in front on his eyes. The moment he thinks you guys have left him for something better…he’ll chase and come back. Again I’m not totally sure and this scenario may need a better expert’s opinion too.
The first step of victim is to make his own mind clear by himself that he need to stop taking stuffs and I know it’s not easy but for the withdrawal relief need to visit a Doctor and than if necessary like not enough confident of doing by self than need to join a rehab for few months but above all the guy needs someone to trust to speak to support
