Anybody who goes to the gym I need some advice!?

Diet plan nahi chaiye lol
So i m working out since more than a year Iβm trying to gain but Iβve hardly gained any ik itβs coz of my diet n Iβve to focus 80% on it for the results n Im still failing at it n Iβve been consistent past few months but havenβt gone for a month now, i feel like going but feels like Iβve lost even the bit I gained so should I go or eat more for a few days n then go

The other guy answered you very well, but I would like to add something to what he said. He emphasized on the required protein intake. You should definitely pay attention to that, but remember that the thing which is most important is your determination. If you are very determined, go on a Dirty Bulk. Eat Dirty, train hard. But only if you have that level of determination.
