Am I the only one who is in this situation where after doing everything including meditation, yoga , exercise , trying to sit with family but at the end of the day, you find yourself lonely. There is no one to talk about how you really feel. You feel like you have nothing to do but eventually you know that there are many things you can do like watching Netflix, scrolling social media, and etc etc. but idk why all these things suddenly seem useless and uninteresting.
focus on yourself, don’t overthink, this is all in your mind. i generally get these reply when i try to talk about my problems.

Because you’re doing what everyone else is saying and not doing what you really want to do.
Now all the feelings of being lonely is occurred to you because you’ve free time which is left you with no choice but to think about all this.
Now i know it’s not your fault either because of this pandemic but this is the only option is left you have to handle it on your own.
