Most tough thing to understand. Many a times one feel everything is straight but there comes a twist which is unexplainable. I don’t understand people say to remain always positive and positive things happen, I don’t think it works like this. I keep wondering that whether our life is predestined or is it to do with our deeds????

3am Thoughts

I just can’t stop my mind from creating all these negative thoughts, and when I am able to stop, my mind will find ways to somehow pop them without any warning. Even I find it unsettling consciously, when I don’t have these negative thoughts 
I think to myself “maybe something bad is going to happen and that is why My mind and the universe is treating me with good thoughts” 
I was eating my favourite food, and then all of a sudden my mind goes “what if I fail my board exams?” 
I am unhappy when I have these thoughts, I am u happy when I don’t have these thoughts? What is wrong with me really?!

Trying to control something too much, often leads to it controlling you instead. When you free yourself and let things unfold naturally, you regain your peace and clarity...

Life

I'm not being negative or mean, I'm just being truthful. I have lived in my reality, that is- my life, my body, my surroundings- for all my life. You cant put yourself in my shoes.

Our mind should be our friend-
Our mind is our enemy if we do not know how to control it. Slowly slowly with a repeated effort and patience we can control our mind through meditation and make it our friend.
