On the contrary, it is also absolutely normal to not feel happy at times, no matter how much you try.
Thus, for all you Happy Feet, we have curated a bunch of fun-filled challenges and events. Even if youโre feeling low, be rest assured that taking part will leave you feeling better.

In our quest to find happiness, we often overlook the little things in life which can bring us joy. The motive of this challenge is to look for happiness in every corner!

1. I had a talk with my group of friends after being MIA with them for a few weeks.
2. I got a new MacBook, I know it is a material thing, but I badly need a device and I got it.
3. I had a very good sleep for a whole day after struggling to sleep for one week due to health issues. So happy for the sound sleep.
4. Resumed working on my journal after two months.
5. Had ice cream thrice and did not regret it.

1. Spent a lot of time with my family
2. Took an active break to relax and destress

1 - I get to see my friend today.
2 - I packed a really good lunch for school yesterday.
3 - I got to take a stuffed animal to school.
4 - Itโs getting closer to snow by the second!
5 - I get to get a puppy on Thursday.
But hereโs the thing. I get to see my friend because my mom found out I was suicidal. I get to take a stuffed animal to school because I lost the teddy bear Iโve had for eight years and can barely breath without. Even if it does snow, the only person who may go outside with me is my dad. The other two are fine, I guess. Iโll try and look at the good side of things, but Iโve never been too good at it.
I donโt celebrate, but happy late Diwali!

My 5 things are:
1. Spending time with family on Diwali
2. Eating yummy food
3. Kickstarting the week by starting these challenges
4. Started working out after a long break
5. Taking my dog out for a drive

The five things that made me super happy this week:
1. My fiance, who is always there in my up and downtime.
2. My work which gives me the energy to do good.
3. Now&me for giving the platform where I can help people and talk to them.
4. My family for boosting happiness and keeping me updated on things.
5. Food/Drink: Treated myself with Starbucks twice this week lol

I have been having tough times and continue to but yet five things I can think of that made me happy this week is
1.I put lights and hung thermocol diyas on the curtain rods which look goodโฆ๐
2.Having been able to survive bad exam days till nowโฆI wanted felt like skipping them though there was no such option my sister pushed to be brave and just survive them and come back and did it felt good ๐โฆhoping next exam wonโt be soโฆ
3. Some funny moments with my grandfather
4. Though the exams havenโt been going good but seeing my best friend after so long just touched my heart โค
5.Watching FRIENDS brought some laughter moments in my life ๐๐
and having heard arijitโs aaj jane ki zid na karo like after a hundred days felt ๐ฅบ๐๐๐๐
