Happiness is a state, not a trait; It isn’t a long-lasting, permanent feature or personality trait, but a more fleeting, changeable state.
In other words, happiness is not something readymade, it comes from your own actions.
What we learnt from the challenge so far is that Happiness can be a choice, if we are willing to make the effort for it.
We also learnt that sometimes our happiness might not be in our hands.
And during those times one can simply reminisce about the memories that brought us joy, as it might bring a smile on your face. 🤗❤️
The last day of our Ongoing Happiness Challenge is just about that!

If only there was a camera in my eyes, I would have captured all the moments I lived!
Every smile I brought,
Every laugh I shared,
Every place I visited,
Every group photos we clicked,
Every second we lived, I would have captured them all…
Having a slideshow of these moments in my head makes me smile, makes me want to go back there

Sleepovers. They make me so happy. No matter who it was with or what happened(except for one bad part that happened at a sleepover two years ago), they always make me smile.
This was a great challenge. It made me so happy and I’m terribly upset it’s coming to an end.
