I had a bad dream. In the dream, my dad was cheating again with another woman. I felt really angry and very sad at the same time. I was sobbing on my way home and when I came to face my dad, I was saying this repeatedly with tears streaming down my face, “Why do you keep on hurting us?”
I woke up crying.

Body Positivity

I had a dream. My family and I were very happy in that dream. We were laughing and cracking jokes, there was so much positivity. We were packing up for a trip. Then there was this noise. I was woken up to reality by my parents quarrelling. I closed my eyes to tightly wishing that I could go back to sleep, go back to dreaming. Being happy for few more moments. But what's lost is lost. I just didn't want to go back to reality. If only I could be in that dream forever ♾️

Good morning 🌅. So today I woke up crying, and you know why!? Because I saw my first love in my dreams. I saw him sharing romantic gestures with me, holding hands and walking together in the corridor of our school and suddenly I dream broke. And I realised that he is not anymore in my daily lives. He is gone. Our paths are different now. And so I end up crying. According to psychology, if you end up dreaming about someone, it means that he or she misses you. But I can't believe he misses me. And there is a reason behind that too. He used to tell my friends that he is annoyed with me. And want me to stay away from him. And now how can it be possible right? But now I'm stable, not crying but thought to share it with you guys because after sharing with you all, I feel a lot more calm and free from anxiety, depression etc. But what do you think tell me in the comments. 

We have a habit of asking eachother about the dream we say last night. Yesterday i saw him and i making out. And when he asked me today, i lied. Uff , now I can't stop thinking about it. 

Because the perception of reality is more real than the reality itself.
