Criticising yourself has never ever done any good for you and has always probably put you into victim mode and breaks you down.
Rather, start loving and acknowledge yourself for the smallest of things and gradually you start seeing change in the way you see yourself.

Compassion

So everything started recently where I realised that I developed some feelings towards one of my guy friend. We are somehow very close together and always laugh and tease each other. Having mixed feelings whether to confessed or not because both of us have different religion and definitly wouldn't want to destroy this friendship. 

Im overwhelmed with the pain in my heart. I have a baby who is 1 year and i have been talking care of him without any support ( not even from my husband). My baby is a attention seeker and if we doesn't respond to him he cries and my husband doesn't even care.. i have to carry him around even while doing the house chores. After all this what I get in return is abuses saying im not taking a good care of him. I no longer want to live this life, just tired of everything

Ek friend ko mera purana mobile chahiye, par wao mobile mere ek bhaiya ko pahle hi de chuke hai.. wao jidh pe hai, uske pass mere purana mobile se v acha hai.. par tab bhi wao mere Wale purane phone se exchange karna chahat hai jabki uska phone 20k ka hai mera old wala 8k ka..  

Smjh nahi aa raha kya karen 🥺
Aur wao bhaiya se return nahi le sakte kyun ki wao already unke use mein hai

Anxiety

Yesterday... my dad told me I am a total failure ...not only that he said I am the reason for their detoriating prestige in front of people.... I am just wasting his hard-earned money and efforts...
After he said all these... I was going through psychological problems... these words were echoing in my head... I locked myself in the kitchen and was crying hard... After a while my mom came and as I opened the door. She started beating me hard... Then my dad came and started saying more harsh words... I felt that I was not in this world... My head started hurting and I was unable to breathe.
Then I was unable to get up from the ground... Then My mom somehow managed to take me up and put me on the chair... My mom yelled at my dad to shut his mouth but he said...let her die....


My brother came and somehow this time I managed to survive but still now I am unable to get out of the trauma... It's hurting a lot....
