Worst feeling is when u live someone so honestly but after a small argument they ghost u and you find out they are talking to someone else. When u try to apologise but they say i dont love you anymore. 

I have a bad habit of keeping my expectations low for everything now.
 It has gotten so bad, that i refuse to believe i did something good and worthy to b appreciated. I just say things like oh its nothing, everybody does it no big deal, maybe i wouldnt be considered for the job even after giving a good interview. 
My mom has started to notice me being negetive in my talk nowadays. Im beating myself up so much. I cant stop it.
I regret starting things late and people my age doing better than me.
 I cant stop being -ve.
