I need help like actually , I don't know what is wrong with me but there is something wrong and I am suffering a lot. I was so good at a kid and then teenage hit me and everything changed I started going after boys to find love, started neglecting my studies and got my heart broken and lost all self worth and love but still somehow aced till my 12 th class. I lost my dad when I was 15 , since then my mom, bro and I struggle but I'm such a mess I don't have energy to help her. I'm 20 now I wasted 2 years of my college studying nothing, now when people are apply for internships , I don't know how to pass the basic test of those. My chest is hurting. I don't know how to help myself. I feel so helpless

Its been a while since i posted. I've been trying to do better concerning my insecurities. But despite my efforts to think positive i seem to backslide every single time. I've never felt so helpless to the point that i prayed ( i'm not religious). So today i just thought of killing myself. Just curious. Does anyone feel that way sometimes. You jusy sit on your bed and you're like " damn it, if i kill myself all these worries will go away". The balls is what i lack of course. My balls ain just strong enough( dont be dirty minded). I hope you laughed at that, cause thats what i always do. A lil humour to my pain.
 But it never helps. Im tired. I just wanna go. No more worrying about my future interms of finances. No more worrying bout if my girl is gonna stay faithful or not. No more worrying bout me being cute or good enough. No more worrying bout if God's real or not. Just peace . Peace in the grave. Thats how i feel everyday. Even though im the funniest person at work . People admire me for facts sake. My girl adores me . But still.l i feel like im not enough.  I cry almost every night. Does anyone ever feel that way?.Suicidal thoughts cross my mind at least once a day, everyday and im worried that one day, just one day i'm gonna do it.  If you felt this way before and managed to handle it how did you do it?. What book, catchphrase or mantra did/do you use to stay happy?How did you exsorcise your demons for good? Im really tired and i want it all to stop. 


I'm 26...and I still am so anxious with my life...I still have not experienced many things due to anxiety and it's rising up as anger. Even with therapy, I still find it hard to fight past the anxiety..I feel like I'm always perched on the fence, but too afraid to make the leap...and then I go back into hiding....this is with anything...career...friendships...relationships...I"m trying to put my shaky past behind me.. But it still makes me angry.. And I feel like I haven't gone as far as I should have by now...this notion always makes me feel like it's too late...or that I have to go down a path I never intended in taking ....I can't stay on track with the path I shouldve been on.

Yesterday was my 1st day for T.Y classes 
After the lectures sir said you haved changed 
I don't feel the old you , 
You use to be energetic and happy all the time and Masti kar ne wala ladka always on the top to ask doubt and all things 
What happen then it's the 1st day and i don't feel that energy 
Then i started to overthink what happen to me 
Where i am 
I know i haved changed but not this much and he knows me for 2-3 years now he is not wrong
How can I say i Meet so many wrong people in my life in this past 2-3 years 
I was good person back then and i am still a good one but 
I don't give the same energy to everyone 
And i learn this   

3am Thoughts

There's a horrible feeling in my chest whenever something goes wrong. I always used to keep it in, not telling anyone because I hate showing anyone I'm vulnerable. My mom is supportive but I hate that she has to be strong even if it might devastate her. I feel almost always on edge, stressed, anxious, angry at myself for not being good enough. I always question if I deserve anything or anyone's support. I always compare myself to others, hating on myself. I cry it out and it gets better for a while, but that feeling never goes away. I think I need help, but don't know whats wrong with me.
