3am Thoughts

Hi, 
     I don't know where to start from. The last few years have been very exhausting mentally. And my anxiety has started showing physical symptoms which makes me even more anxious and thus loop goes on. The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone's mental health and mine has worsened much more than I ever expected it to. Most of the time I'm distracting my mind from thoughts of self harm. I so wish life would end somehow. I wish I had the courage to take that one step. It's been suffocating me for so long I'm done with it.

Because you didn't want to lose him/her, you lost yourself in the process. You became a girl/guy who kept being mistreated and you formed a habit of saying "I'm used to it". You became a girl/guy who kept being unappreciated and you began to tell yourself "It's okay". You became a girl/guy who kept being undervalued and you learned how to say "I'm fine". You became a girl/guy who kept being put last and you naturally reacted with "It's whatever". You became a girl /guy who kept being taken for granted and you dealt with it by repeating "Everything's okay". You became a girl/guy who kept being unhappy and you regularly told people "I'm gonna be fine". And if you're reading this right now, then you need to understand that no guy/girl is worth losing yourself for, no guy/girl is worth suffering for at the expense of your happiness, and no guy/girl is worth tormenting yourself over for the sake of making him/her happy. At this point, perhaps losing him/her is the only way you'd be able to get yourself back because as much as you wouldn't want this to be true, he's/she's the only thing that's in your way of finding yourself and he's /she's the only reason you've lost yourself for so long....

We attended the same school but I didn't really see him around school I didn't even knew he existed until some of my friends mentioned his name saying he was our school directors son so I got so curious I searched him up on my Facebook. Sent him a friend request then he texted me and it all just started from there. The same week we got together he was also talking with these other girl and it so happened to be that I knew that girl from one of my old schools. She asked him out and without my knowledge he said yes to her,I started seeing that girl posting pictures of him but didn't assume anything or didn't ask him about it coz I thought we just got in a relationship and he might think I'm already acting bossy and shit! Anyways it eventually got to a point where I asked him and he told me that he was gonna break it off with her but he didn't! These girl was always in between us causing arguments and fights. To make things even worse they literally live in the same suburb so I had no idea they meet up and stuff but that girl would always post indirect stuff to make me jealous. Got into a argument with that girl countless times and everytime I ask him why he keeps on doing this to me why he keeps making me feel like I'm a second opinion he would usually say "who knows your probably playing me to" everytime he tells me that I just break down. I would always cry to my cousin and my bestfriends. They would always tell me to leave! We broke up so many times but I don't even know why it's just everytime he says "I'm sorry bae" I just easily get back with him even though my mind tells me not to I just go back. He would sometimes say " Your not the only girl I'm a man I can always get a knew girl" when he's drunk but fck it I still stay for some reasons I don't even know😭 We've been together for 1 year and 2 months. Ever since he graduated his year 12 and left school we just haven't been on good terms. He could go on for days without texting me and whenever I text him yoo why haven't you been texting me he would usually say "coz I got nothing to say to you". I found out on Saturday night last week that he was still texting that same girl and went to the extreme of putting her initials on his bio. I saw it and sent him a screenshot and all he said was " I was mad with you so I texted her but it's nothing" I cried myself to sleep. I sent him a voice note and just told him I'm tired and I haven't talked to him ever since and not planning on talking to him again! I'm just distancing myself from everyone. Just focus on school and get the grades and just DO ME💖🦋 ITS TIME TO MOVE ON!
