Is it just me or anybody else cries for no valid reason? Like it's not even that bad, just a minor inconvenience and then boom

Confusion

Idk...why but feels like I wanna cry so hard

I've been emotionally unavailable for long a time now, so I don't know what to say here, or how to start expressing things.

But I'm having trouble swimming back to the shore lately, so I think I should try my best not to drown.
