How do you calm down when you are very angry? What help you calm down when you are very pissed?

I am very cranky today I have been shouting unnecessarily on others may be I am just too tired or I basically don't want people around mee.  I want peace . That's itt 

Self Love

Today is a rough morning.
I woke up with a blank mind full of hate/lack of love or any good feelings. 
I'm a bit angry too for no damn reason. But if I look just a little within there's so much to be angry about and no hope, no energy in my body to even slap it out of me or just be nicer to someone who's abused me for 4 years and still lives next to me, without us having any relationship or even cordial unless they're in the mood or want something or want to bait me and then do exactly something different and my mind runs and runs so angry. 

Depression

Idk I've anger issues or you can say ego. The reason is that when I roast someone it's all fine but if someone roast me I get angry very easily and gets offended. If someone casually has high tone I usually get in an argument as I don't want someone who talk to me in high tone but if I does it's totally fine. Or someone taunt me the moment can get quite heated.

I am so stupid, i am not able to understand things
My heartbeat just goes like rocket, i have anger issues.
I don't know what to do right now.

Stress

I am a teacher of pre-primary school kids. As much as I love kids, I am losing my patience since the past few days. I don't know how to get a hold of myself. I really don't know how to handle this. I sometimes get a little angry at the kids which is not fair as mostly they are not at fault. They're kids afterall.
