Self Harm

23 days free of self harm:D

I have self harming nature since childhood. I just can't resist. And now my self harming is at it's peak. I can't stand agony of others, but I feel nice after hurting myself. I need help. I feel nice after seeing my blood oozing out. I feel a weird relief after cutting my skin and seeing my blood. 

I recently met a deadly accident and I got 4 stitches on the left side of my forehead... And I wonder if the marks gonna make too much impact? 

Confusion

I have been consistently self harming and have gaping scars on my arms and i be been lying to everyone around me including friends and family that i have a skin disease because i cant bring myself to admit that i m so messed up. 
But i m scared now coz it seems to be getting out of hand. But i dont want to be seen as weak and i m not doing it for attention.
But i m scared that if me doing this means that i m too weak to handle breakups and i should juat suck it up or that i shouldnt let this feeling of being trapped get to me. 
But i dont know how to stop

I suppose i love my scars because they have stayed with me longer than the most people have 😏
