Is it okay to talk to your ex after breakup whenever she needs u whenever she feels low and then she goes away again.

I feel burdened by the household chores that my family appoints me with... Its tough. If I need to get certain things I have to do the job they ask me to do....feeling upset about it.

I just got to know that I have social anxiety. I used to feel dizzy all the time like before exams, or going to any place to eat, and even on my recent birthday when I went to a nearby mall with my friend and ruined my own birthday. It happens a lot that I sometimes even faint especially when my dad is around.
I really wanna get over it. My mom doesn't even send me out of the house alone because of this. I never hung out with my friends till now because of it except on my recent birthday which was my second time hanging out. 
I often feel like whenever I walk outside that everyone stares at me and notices everything I do. Even at home I am very self conscious. 
I'm scared as I always wanted to be an independent women who can do everything on her own. But, now I am scared thinking I might not be it. 
Also, I am preparing for UPSC and I am a good student at studies except I have to face the world then which is getting difficult. 
I am good around people I know but not with not too close ones or strangers. 
I really need to overcome it. 
Can anyone help me and tell me what to do?

Social Anxiety

Feeling very anxious because of the entire covid situation. I'm far away from my parents. They've been in a bad fight today and that is making me more anxious. I feel guilty if I try and not step in, I feel guilty even when I do step in. I don't know how to deal with it anymore. I'm constantly scared that it'd extend or get violent and I won't even be there to help them sort things out. I think I feel the emotions on my mother's behalf, and while she fights very badly, I still feel more sympathetic towards her. Mostly because I think nobody else tries to understand where she's coming from and how lonely she might be feeling.
I just want to break free from this realization that I'm a product of a toxic family dynamics. I just want to be able to relax and live for myself. I feel like I'm constantly living for other people, worrying about other people and I have nothing to fill my own cup. I feel guilty when I do try to keep my distance.

I miss him so badly in the last days…

Anxiety is kicking me again. I don't knw what to do. Why I'm getting anxious for small reasons. I knw what exactly I should do to get away from it but i can't just do it. I'm breathing heavily and tensed. Someone just comment something to distract myself away from it.
