It’s not just you, when we handle our consciousness so well to restrict us to be open about others emotionally, our subconscious head just roam around. It’s perfectly okay.

It’s not okay when i yell at my mom in sleep and she gets mad coz she thinks I’m awake and i end up missing my exam

You should take shower before going to sleep. You will take time to fall asleep but you will sleep peacefully. You can also light a lamp of any oil near your bed.
